By the time you are reading this I am already in Australia………………

I have returned to my country for the first time in 2 years for a much needed vacation! But don’t worry! there is a scheduled story to be posted everyday until I come back, so the learning doesn’t stop just because I am not in Madrid.

Plus I will try and post about my trip while I am away as I have many exciting obligations while I am in Australia.

I hope you had a great Christmas and New Year, 2010 is going to bring some monumental changes for myself and my cuisine! I will be keeping you all informed every step of the way.
